Old Age

We think that "old age" will come to us s-l-o-w-l-y ...

- Well, I think that "old age" has come to me *suddenly*.


My back started aching on Wednesday morning, and it *still* isn't "normal" today ( - Sunday evening).
I can barely walk, and I become very stiff if I sit in a chair for more then 5 minutes,

I'm really hoping that things are (somehow !) going to get better tonight, so that I can go to work tomorrow morning.

I'm now going to take my medicines, I'm going to curl up in bed with a hot-water-bottle, and *hope* that tomorrow is "normal".
