This evening I went to the theatre.
I saw "Bacon" - a one-man play performed by Pip Utton.
The play was about the life of the 20th century British painter Francis Bacon.
I really enjoyed the performance.
I have seen Mr Utton perform several times over several years in different productions at the Edinburgh Festival.
He is an excellent actor.
I'm now checking the images of Bacon's paintings that are available on the Internet, to see if I can "understand" them better.
